The 3rd International Conference on Management Science and Software Engineering (ICMSSE 2023) is to be held on July 21-23, 2023 at Qingdao, China. 


ICMSSE is China's annual conference since 2021. It was held in Chengdu, Chongqing from 2021 to 2022. Every year, there are many attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and quite a few well-known experts give plenary speeches.

Management science and engineering is a discipline that comprehensively uses systems science, management science, mathematics, economics and behavioral science and engineering methods, combined with information technology to study and solve management problems in society, economy, engineering and other aspects.


In addition to the current situation of management science at home and abroad discussed in the first two sessions, this session realized that with the development of science and technology, the intersection of disciplines, coupled with the continuous expansion of the field of management science and engineering research, for online risk management (ERB, BRP system) and virtual organizations, virtual enterprises, etc., will become the focus of management science and engineering research in the future.
