Alessio Malizia, PhD, is Full Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Pisa, Italy, as well as Professor II in the in the Faculty of Logistics at Molde University College, Norway. He leads the Digital Humanities and Data-Driven Design Lab. Previously, he held positions at the University of Hertfordshire, Brunel University, London, and Universidad Carlos III, Madrid. His research focuses on Human-Centred Systems, particularly Human-Centred AI and Design Fiction.
