The following chapters focus on the motor and auditory functions of the brain; the physiological mechanisms of sexual behavior; how emotion is generated out of the activity of specific mechanisms of the brain; and how the brain conducts vision. The regions of the brain involved in space perception, sleep, memory, learning, and language are also considered. The final chapter is devoted to discrete centers of the brain responsible for mental functions.
