Prof. Hyung-Ho Park received his PhD in Materials Science in 1988 from the University of Bordeaux I in France. After spending one year as a post-doctoral fellow in the chemistry laboratory of CNRS Bordeaux, he joined the ETRI in Korea in the field of processing and characterizing semiconductors.
