Anthropologue des mondes chinois et théologien, Michel Chambon de Clermont est chercheur à l’université nationale de Singapour. Il a vécu à Hong Kong, Taïwan et au Fujian. Ses recherches portent principalement sur les courants chrétiens en Asie (Taïwan, Hong Kong, Chine et Singapour). Il est le fondateur de l’ISAC (Initiative for the Study of Asian Catholics).
