He is the editor of industry publication Gazettabyte and has been a consultant for LightCounting Market Research for 20 years. Previously, he was a senior analyst at RHK Inc covering optical components and communication semiconductors. Rubenstein has a BSc in Electronic Engineering, a masters in DSP and computing architectures, and a PhD in digital communications from the University of Manchester.
